General Information
What does my registration include?
Your registration to OncoCloud ‘19 includes complimentary conference registration, meals served during the conference, and two nights in the Fairmont Austin (Friday, September 20 and Saturday, September 21).
When should I arrive and depart?
Arrivals should be planned for before 12pm on Friday, September 20. Departures should be planned for after 12pm on Sunday, September 22.
Can I bring my spouse, partner or children?
Yes, you may bring up to one guest to OncoCloud ‘19 at no charge, however, Flatiron will only cover one hotel room. Your guest is invited to join you for the Welcome Reception on Friday night and the Saturday evening event.
Who attended last year's event?
We had over 400 customers and prospective customers from over 100 community oncology practices attend OncoCloud ‘18. This included around 100 MD/C-level executives.
What evening activities will take place?
There will be a welcome reception at the Fairmont Austin on Friday, September 20 at 6pm. On Saturday, September 21, the evening event will be held in the downtown Austin area.
What is the dress code? 
The dress code is business casual, and casual for evening activities.
What is the cancellation policy?
Flatiron covers the cost of the conference and hotel room for 2 nights, however, if you cancel after August 21, you will be responsible for the cost of the hotel room for two nights (room rate = $299/night + tax).
What is the weather like in Austin in September?
In September, the average high is 90 degrees fahrenheit and the average low is 69 degrees fahrenheit. While it likely will be warm, it is still a good idea to bring a sweater as the conference rooms tend to be cold!

Will I be able to get technical support at OncoCloud ‘19?
Yes. We will have an “Ask the Experts” station where you can speak to product specialists, engineers and customer success staff about any of your questions.
